Haze

Haze or less appealingly, 'turbidity' is a fairly sought after character of todays modern craft beers. The haze can come from a variety of sources, broadly speaking they are high protein grains, certain yeast varieties, and late stage dry-hopping. These beers maximise the tropical fruitiness of the hops and make for a more softer pale ale than the hard edged and bitter IPAs we've come to associate more with the 'West Coast' style.
