Mother Rock White

A blend of Viognier, Semillon, Harslevelu, Grenache Blanc and (mainly) Chenin Blanc. Spontaneous fermentation, extended skin contact and twelve months on the lees. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, this natural wine has an elegant and pure nose that combines apple, apricot, citrus, hazelnut and floral notes. Concentrated and nicely balanced, with very good acidity and a pleasant finish.
