A celebration of our iconic Grand Cru that surprises you with its subtlety and complexity. Thanks to the exceptionally long maturation in oak cask no. 95, the beer has an even more pronounced wood character. The natural flavors of sour cherry, green apple, leather, oak and red fruit developed during the aging process are of sensational purity.
