All Amongst The Barley, Starlaw Cask

A really exciting collab between RoW and Odyssey Brewing. In 2019 Odyssey produced a simple pale wort with aged hops, that was sent to Ross on Wye and aged in 3 different ex-whisky barrels on cider lees. The Laphraoig barrel was also topped up with 25% cider. It was then then lightly bottle conditioned. The result is a sumptuous harmony of beer, cider and barrel
